
Merchandising Business Analyst
A2R is a leading technology company seeking an experience Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst to join their software implementation team.
As a Merchandising Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with clients to gather requirements and define the customer’s application configuration requirements to meet their business needs and provide best practice recommendations. This includes organizing design meetings, facilitating discussion around business requirements and documenting the design. You will need to guide the customer through applying the design, as well as, articulate best practices for future use.
You will also conduct training sessions and you must collaborate with the project managers, installers, business consultants and trainers as they do discovery and transition knowledge.
Education:
University Degree in business, computer science or equivalent
Requirements:

2+ years working with external clients

2+ years of Business Analyst / System Analyst / Implementation experience with Merchandising software solutions or work experience in the retail arena at an analyst level

Experience with Enterprise Planning, Warehouse Management Solutions would be a definite asset

Proven experience on training and demonstrating to clients on Enterprise software solutions

Consulting experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients.

Experience delivering consultative solution sessions, requirements discovery/refinement engagements and workshops

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

Excellent communications skills

Self starter that is motivated and self managed
